MICA's Dolphin Design Center Signage
During my time at YDI, I worked on the design concepts and location plan of the signage for MICA's Dolphin Design Center.
Inspiration and Context
The foundational idea behind the form of the designs was to integrate into the industrial architecture and reflect the capabilities and activities of the inhabitants of the building like the digital fabrication lab, workshop, as well as the Architecture and Product Design departments. Then a pop of color was added to reflect the new bright MICA brand as well as the Interactive Arts and Game Design departments also located in the building.
